Korumburra Secondary

Wow, what a way to finish term one with a jam packed camp for the students and teachers from Korumburra S.C.

Two days of camp but with three days’ worth of activities; there was no time to waste! Wednesday was all about group activities as all students would do Bush Challenge, Giant Swing and the Monster Course together. Bush was done in a brilliant time of 29:36. Monster course was a test of truth resilience as most wanted to quit after the first lap but found a next level to improve their time by a sensational 14:03.

Thursday was full with six rotations. Cave was something different; Rock Wall was the first challenge by choice. Laser was a much enjoyed rotations with laughs and fun all around, Summit Window was tranquil but really pushed most people as the highest activity for camp. High wire and Abseil was meant to be the last two activities but with being efficient and well supported everyone got to have a try at the Leap of Faith.

Thank you everyone who came to camp from Korumburra S.C.

We look forward to seeing you back at The Summit in the near future or for the Summit Survivor.
