East Preston Islamic College - Girls Camp

East Preston Islamic girls came to The Summit for an awesome three day camp. It was a very-very cold three days, but these girls were troopers and soldiered through.

Day one was full on, with everyone completing three activities. These activities were Highwire, Bush Challenge and Cave. With day one as an indicator of what was to come, everyone was super excited for day two.

Day two started with a game of Huckle Buckle to warm us up from the morning chill. From there we jumped into another four activities. We had Summit Window, Giant Swing and Laser Skirmish. Every tribe loved going on the Giant Swing, and there was plenty of screams to prove it. Summit Window challenged the girls as they scaled to new heights and there was nothing but fun happening at the Laser field. In the afternoon we had an even bigger challenge for the girls, completing our Monster Course not once but twice. The girls did such a great job and the support for one another was epic to see.

Day three and sadly the last day on camp. As we finished our last two activities we reflected on our camp experience. It was all good energy as we wrapped up camp and gave the girls their results. Us, coaches, did have one more surprise left up our sleeve. Three lucky girls got to have a ride in our army tank. Well done to Fadima, Hedet and Badatu.
