Preston High School Camp 2 Blog

It was a pleasure to have the students from Preston High School in for their second camp for year 9’s. With little time at all, each tribe came up with their name. We welcomed C.H.G, Datildas, Stardust, $12.50, Champion Chickens and Dangerous Dugongs.

Here are the tribe results from challenges throughout camp.

Bush Challenge:

Datildas took 39.54 and Stardust won with a time of 23.13

Snowy River Challenge:

Dangerous Dugongs 56.32

Datildas 20.30

C.H.G 20.00

$12.50 took 16.38

Champion Chickens took 13.30

winning was Stardust with a time of 12.07.

Monster Course improvement time:

Dangerous Dugongs - 6.58

C.H.G improved - 9.17

Champion Chickens - 9.18

Datildas - 9.23

Stardust - 10.03

$12.50 (winner) -10.54

It was so amazing to see so many people being acknowledged with G.M.I.C’s. We hope to enjoy receiving them and share the joy from camp. At the end of camp, each tribe voted for someone in their tribe who lived by the Five Keys of camp. These individuals were rewarded with a hot lap in The Summit army tank. Congratulations to Oscar, Jacob, Stella, Charlie, Quinn, and Dash for being worthy winners.
