Rohan and Ella from The Summit had the absolute privilege of being a part of Rosebuds year 9 – 11 leadership 2022 camp. From the very beginning, the students never failed to bring energy, positivity, and fun.

We introduced these tools to the students so they could enhance their skills/quality of camp as well as everyday life.

Five Keys:

1. Have Fun

2. Play All In

3. Make Lots of Mistakes

4. Get Comfortable Being Uncomfortable

5. Don’t Go Home Wondering What If

Target, stretch, super stretch

T = something you know you can do

S = something you think you can do

SS = something that seems impossible

The activities pushed you outside of your comfort zones, both physically and mentally. We saw nothing but determined attitudes to face and overcome your fears.

The support and encouragement each of you had for each other were incredible to see.

A huge highlight was all the in-between moments. The time we got to know you, the times we played many games, and the times to see you all be incredible young leaders and humans.
