Our staff design the program around your goals, whether that is a leadership offsite, a culture reset, a planning day with something memorable attached, or a straight-up reward for a team that has earned it.
Work sessions and downtime, sorted
Meeting spaces like the Board Room, Lodge and Alfresco Room give you proper room to work, with catering handled by our kitchen so nobody is chasing lunch. Stay in the Doughty House, a 10-bedroom home that sleeps up to 28 and suits a leadership team well, or spread a larger group across our cabins and bungalows. Everything is on one Gippsland site, 90 minutes from Melbourne.
