Room for the whole squad, all in one place
Get your team out of their usual routine and together under one roof. The Summit sleeps up to 309 across cabins, bungalows and the Doughty House, so a whole squad, coaches and support staff stay on the one site, 90 minutes from Melbourne. The Stadium and plenty of outdoor space give you room to gather, warm up and run team sessions, with everything a short walk away.
Team-building that carries into the season
Pre-season is as much about the group as the fitness. Shared challenges like Summit Survivor and the Bush Challenge, plus our 40+ facilitated activities, put a squad under good pressure together, build trust, and give new and returning players a reason to back each other. Nights around the fire pit do the rest. Our staff run it all so your coaches can coach.
Fuelled and sorted, catered or self-catered
Feed a hungry squad from our commercial kitchen, fully catered, or self-cater if you would rather manage your own nutrition plan. Accommodation, meals, meeting space and activities are all on the one site, so there is no shuttling around. We are NARTA accredited and members of the Australian Camps Association.
