Leadership built through real challenge
Leadership sticks when it is earned, not lectured. Senior students take on genuine team challenges like Summit Survivor and the Bush Challenge, high-ropes that test nerve, and problem-solving where someone has to step up and the group has to follow. Our staff facilitate every session to draw out leadership, not just adrenaline, and pitch the program to a senior or captain cohort.
Time to reflect and set the group's culture
The best leadership camps are not all action. We build in facilitated sessions and quiet reflection so students can talk about the kind of leaders and team they want to be. Indoor meeting spaces like the Lodge and Board Room give you room for workshops, planning and goal-setting, so the camp sets the tone for the whole year back at school.
We run it so your staff can mentor
Every activity is run and supervised by trained Summit staff, so your teachers can mentor and get alongside students rather than manage logistics. Accommodation, catering and 40+ activities are all on one Gippsland site, 90 minutes from Melbourne. We are NARTA accredited and members of the Australian Camps Association and School Camps Victoria, and have worked with Victorian schools since 2008.
