On Monday 15th September 2025, the Year 8 students of Mooroolbark College rolled into The Summit for three massive days of challenge, growth, and adventure! With coaches Mim, Lucy, Spinks, Lawrie, Poppy, and Chels leading the way, the group brought brilliant energy, courage, and support for one another right from the start.

Activities & Tribe Names
The Summit activities had it all, thrills, strategy, teamwork, and plenty of laughs. Highlights included:
- High Wire , balancing high in the treetops.
- Laser Skirmish , strategy, teamwork, and dodging lasers on the battlefield.
- Giant Swing , one of the tallest in Victoria, pushing fears aside.
- Leap of Faith , leaping boldly from height into the air.
- Bush Challenge , muddy teamwork at its best.
- Inflatable City , obstacle races and human foosball fun!

Day One — Leaping Into Camp
Students arrived ready to dive into activities and were introduced to Target, Stretch, Super Stretch , a goal-setting strategy that encouraged them to go beyond what they thought possible. Many smashed their super stretches right on day one, surprising themselves and inspiring their teammates.
Day Two — Playing All In
The second day brought even more excitement. Students flew through rotations and then faced the legendary Mud Run . After crossing the finish line, coaches announced a surprise second lap! The challenge wasn’t about speed, it was about resilience, teamwork, and digging deep. Every tribe lifted each other higher, proving they could go further than they imagined.
Final Day — Reflection & Growth
By Wednesday 17th September, camp wrapped up with big smiles, tired legs, and plenty of memories. Students left The Summit with stronger confidence, better communication, and a deeper understanding of what it means to support their team and truly play all in.
